RECARO Aircraft Seating, Poland

CHILDREN'S DAY FESTIVAL

Every summer for more than a decade, the RECARO Aircraft Seating site in Poland puts on a children's day festival for children from the local orphanage in Świebodzin. Supporting children is the best investment for our future and give us a different view of the world around us.

REFUGEE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Established in 2020, the Refugee Mentorship Program at RECARO Aircraft Seating connected RECARO team members with refugees in Schwaebisch Hall. These volunteers helped the refugees get settled in the community, learn German and even get a job or apprenticeship.

ANNUAL HOLIDAY DONATION DRIVE

At the RECARO Aircraft Seating facility in the Americas, colleagues coordinate a donation drive during the holidays. They have donated toys to the local children's hospital, canned goods to the county's food bank, and turkeys to a nearby children's organization. Across all the sites, RECARO team members understand their responsibility to champion causes in their community.

SPCA FLAG DAY

Every year, RECARO Aircraft Seating in the APAC region participates in the "SPCA Flag Day," which raises money and promotes kindness alongside their neighbors for animals in their communities. In 2020, RECARO was named the top fundraising team in Hong Kong.
