RECARO Aircraft Seating recognizes its top suppliers and the future of collaboration
Twelfth annual Global Supplier Conference focuses on future growth
Nearly 150 participants, from across the globe, attended the conference to learn about the latest insights and developments in the aircraft seating market. As a proponent for innovation, research and development, and high standards, RECARO used this time to share updates about recent, sitewide growth as well as product developments. Discussions were also held by RECARO to offer guidance for supplier expectations and why this is relevant for the 2024 outlook and beyond.
During the conference, five awards – Sustainability, Newcomer, Production Material, Non-Production Material, and Customer Service – were given to suppliers who have shown exemplary performance over the past year. Each of these award categories showcases the importance of partnership, reliability, and commitment within the aviation industry.
The Sustainability award was given to allsafe GmbH & Co. KG for their sustainable and focused mindset which has further aligned RECARO’s environmental goals with that of their customers. In addition, RECARO presented LIKUM GmbH, from Germany, the Newcomer Award for their strong commitment and willingness to invest into business. For their proactive and supportive manner, Suzhou Haoxin Precision Technology Co.,Ltd. was awarded the Production Material Award. Finalists in this category included Yantai Aikai Tianlong Molding Plastics Co., Ltd. from China and Hagans Plastics Co., Inc. from the United States of America. In the Non-Production Material category, Seabridge Transport GmbH was selected due to their excellent customer orientation. And, for their reliable performance and flexibility ALDINGER INDUSTRIES AIROVATION GmbH & Co. KG received the Customer Service Award. Finalists in this category were Artex Latvia SIA from Latvia and Mesag System AG from Switzerland.
