China Southern equips A350-900 aircraft with Recaro seats in all classes
An order from the Asian growth market

The CL6710 is Recaro Aircraft Seating’s flagship for long-haul applications. It is intuitive to use, offers generous stowage space and allows direct access to the aisle for every passenger. Seat length, seat width and different seating positions invite passengers to stretch out and relax. At the push of a button, the seating area transforms into an entirely flat bed. At around 80 kilograms, it is one of the lightest business class seats on the market.
With the Recaro PL3530, China Southern’s premium economy class passengers can enjoy ergonomic seating positions and additional stowage options. And the PL3530’s individually adjustable leg rest contributes to an extra measure of comfort.
The CL3710, Recaro’s bestseller with over 250,000 orders worldwide, brings together all the German aircraft seat manufacturer’s expertise and skill. The lightweight seat offers amazing long-haul seating comfort for passengers in the economy class. The six-way adjustable headrest, the newly developed footrest and the integration of state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment systems make the seat one of the best in its class. And, weighing less than 12 kilograms, it ensures exceptionally efficient and economical flying.
Recaro has been delivering aircraft seats to China Southern since 2009. Ten A330-300 aircraft have already been equipped with the award-winning CL3710. Moreover, in recent years, the SkyTeam Airline Alliance member ordered the retrofit adaptation of the BL3520 for the Asian market from Recaro.
