Award-winning Recaro seats headed to Volaris
SCHWAEBISCH HALL, Germany/MEXICO CITY, Mexico, 21 May 2019 – Volaris is equipping 23 A320 and A321neo aircraft with SL3510 short-haul economy class seats from Recaro Aircraft Seating. In total, over 4,000 Recaro seats will be installed. The first delivery will take place at the end of 2019.

SCHWAEBISCH HALL, Germany, 24 April 2019 – Aircraft seat manufacturer Recaro grew its revenues with 22 percent to almost €600 million in 2018. With this result, the market leader in economy class seats continues its more than 15 years of non-stop double-digit growth. The global passenger seat market grew approx. five percent per year in that same period. The company’s phenomenal results enable increased investment in further growth and in the ambition to also become the market leader in business class.

Air Premia hits the skies with Recaro on board
Schwaebisch Hall, Germany, 18 April 2019 – Air Premia, the brand new South Korean hybrid airliner, will receive its first B787-9 mid 2020. The cabin, both economy and premium economy class, of this brand-new aircraft will be equipped with Recaro seats. This order makes Recaro the first aircraft seating company to deliver to Air Premia. At the same time, it marks the latest addition to the growing list of orders for Recaro’s innovative CL3710 economy class seat. For ultimate comfort in premium economy class Air Premia combines this seat with the PL3530 also created by Recaro.
